The brief is to increase existing production line capacity from 100,000 bph to 300,000 bph. This step required extension to several other facilities including provision of new tanks and bottle washers in the Mixing Room with capacity to handle 1,000,000 bph. The entire production line is FULLY AUTOMATED – no human intervention whatsoever, including packing, crating, palletizing, cling filming and the like. 

Our involvement include Production line design, Machine specs, order & installation, Industrial plumbing works, Installation of electrical panels supplied by Process & Plant Ghana, etc.
