This is a commercial warehouse measuring 120m x 30m design and build project. Indoor offices were provided for administrative staff together with a separate security building complete with visitors toilets. The structural system comprises of masonry columns and beams with site manufactured steel angle trusses to support longspan Aluzinc roof sheeting. Roof ventilators and transcluscent sheets were also incorporated in this scheme.
