This project required demolition of existing structures to make way for 2Nr separate Production hall buildings. Each building is approximately 400sqm with Office floors at Level +3000 and Mezanine floors at Level +6000. Each building also has separate adjoining single storey changing rooms. 

Our services include Site assessment, Building & Civil construction, Borehole drilling,Trial water dosing, Final water formulation, RO plant installation, Electrical panels design, Cable Trenches, Cable tray installation and cabling works, Industrial plumbing, Fire strategy, Security & Access Control, etc. In view of the specific nature of the production line waste, special effluent treatment units were designed to break down solid components and correct color and smell before releasing to public drains.
