A 4,000 bottles per hour plant together with 10 Sachet water Koyo machines installation. This facility is served by six boreholes and a 10,000 litres per hour RO Plant. The design was completed with a provision for future expansion into beverage production. 

Services provided include Feasibility studies and profitability assessment, Product branding including design of labels, FDA Approvals, Production line design, Machine specs, order & installation, Trial water dosing, Final water formulation, RO plant installation, Laboratory setup, Electrical panels design, build & install, Industrial plumbing including argon welding, uPVC storage tanks installation, etc. 

On successful completion of Trial production, Dartwood undertook a 3-month training for factory workers, accounts staff as well as adminstrative staff.
