This project required the construction of a 4,110 sqm production shed using structural steel members and a combination of blockwall and aluminium cladding as external envelope. In addition, there is an adjoining 2,400 cum (5m deep) reinforced concrete water tank, consisting of 5 cubicles, separated with 350mm reinforced concrete walls. Adjacent to the tank is a double level (Levels +4400 & +8800) HT-LT Electrical panel building with a footprint of 420 sqm. Inside the production hall, reinforced concrete machine foundations were provided for the Skew ball mill, Forging mill complete with a DM water tank and Scale pit. There is a complex network of cable trenches running within the production hall into the adjacent pump room and the HT-LT Electrical panel building.
