Joseph Oyeyinka

Managing Director 

Joseph is an accomplished Industrial Architect with over 30 years of extensive international experience spanning the UK, Nigeria, Uganda, Guinea, Rwanda, and Ghana. He holds a postgraduate degree in Environmental Impact Assessment and Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a certified specialist in AI-aided design and industrial production.

Throughout his distinguished career, Joseph has led high-impact, large-scale industrial developments. As a Director at Godwin and Hopwood Nigeria, he spearheaded the delivery of the ambitious Agbara Estate Industrial Town, a 1,000-hectare development. His impressive project portfolio includes:

  • Nestlé Lagos: $25M Cereal Factory

  • Star Steel Factory: $15M facility in Prampram, Ghana

  • Polyprint Factory: $5M facility in Accra, Ghana

  • Moorland Brewery: £27.5M re-development (UK)

  • Makerere University (Uganda): Strengthening of the Technology Department in collaboration with the European Union

  • SmithKline Beecham: Environmental Impact Assessment for the Oral Care Plant in Nigeria

  • Guinea West Africa: Mining Plant development

Prior to co-founding Dejolane, Joseph held key leadership roles with industry pioneers including Dartwood Ghana, WS Atkins (UK), and Nightingale Architects (UK). He brings to Dejolane an innovative, forward-thinking approach to industrial design, construction, and maintenance—ensuring optimal functionality, technical excellence, and long-term sustainability across the entire project lifecycle.
