Joseph Oyeyinka
Managing Director
Joseph is an Architect with over 35 years experience both in the UK and Africa. With a post graduate degree in environmental impact assessment and management (Oxford Brookes Univ) as well as being a specialist in computer aided design, Joseph brings to Dartwood a refreshing approach to design incorporating environmentally sustainable concepts to our schemes.
Joseph was a Director of Godwin and Hopwood in Nigeria where he worked on the Agbara Estate New Town covering over 1,000 hectares of Industrial, Commercial and domestic developments.
Other projects successfully completed include:
Kingston Hospital, London Phase 5 (£40.2M), Housing Development for Avoncroft Homes on several sites in S.E. England, Sandhills Primary School, Oxford UK (£6.0M), Re-development of Moorland Brewery Site into Berkley Homes Housing Estate (£7.5M), Strengthening of Estate & Works Department, Makerere University, Uganda East Africa in collaboration with the European Union, Guinea (W. Africa) Mining workers settlement, Environmental impact assessment for SmithKline Beecham Oral Care Plant Nigeria, etc.
Before joining Dartwood, Joseph has worked for major players in the industry like WS Atkins, Nightingale Architects delivering a wide range of projects and also sits on the board of Deborah Joshua Associates, Oxford.
