Prosper is a versatile and highly skilled Food Technologist, Machine Engineer, and Food Process Engineer with over 25 years of cross-functional experience across 19 countries. He holds a Master’s degree in Bank Finance & Supply Chain Management, blending deep technical acumen with robust operational and financial strategy. His international footprint spans Ghana, France, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Luxembourg, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, UAE, and various major markets across West, Central, and East Africa.

Prosper’s comprehensive expertise covers the food and beverage industry, commercial oil production, machine automation, industrial engineering, and power generation. He has successfully designed and commissioned diverse processing lines, including:

  • Agro-Industrial Feed & Milling: Fish and poultry feed plants

  • Beverage & Dairy: Bottled water, carbonated soft drinks, juices, soya milk extraction, cocoa beverages, dairy products, canned evaporated milk, and liquid malt extraction

  • Processed Foods: Packaged and powdered food blends

His career includes pivotal management roles with global and regional industry giants such as Lyon Farms (France), SIEMENS (Brussels), CEB Pratt & Whitney (Europe), Pepsi (France), Danone Foods (Spain), and major African enterprises including Water Masai Ltd (Tanzania), Baraji Water (Burkina Faso), SNE Water Plant (Guinea), and The Relish Soya Milk (DRC). In Ghana, he has optimized operations for leading brands including Kasapreko, Special Ice, Ice Drop, Sparkle Mineral Water, Valley Fresh, and Yayra Glover.
